The first episode of Cyber City Oedo 808 is the only one that I've watched in its entirety, but I got a kick out of it and what I've seen of the other two episodes.

Cyber City...haven't thought about that show in decades.
If you want horrible, go dig up Animeigo's dub of the first couple episodes of Urusei Yatsura (marketed as "Those Obnoxious Aliens" for some reason). Quite possibly the worst thing ever produced by humans. I'd look for a YouTube link, but I wouldn't want to subject myself to it on the off chance it autoplayed.

Old school stuff like this is why I always pick up the stray VHS anime that I find whenever I hit a thrift store.
Just how bad it is across all levels is worth the 50 cent admission and keeping a vhs player hooked up.

Reminds me of the hilarious and intentionally bad "Ghost Stories." Rumor has it that ADV accidentally bought the rights to the series, realized that nobody cared about a mediocre Japanese Scooby-Doo rip off, and told the voice actors to just ad lib everything.
